Course Duration : 2 Years

During the two-year duration, a candidate is trained on subjects- Professional Skill, Professional Knowledge and Employability Skills related to job role. In addition to this, a candidate is entrusted to do project work and Extra Curricular Activities to build up confidence. The practical skills are imparted in simple to complex manner & simultaneously theory subject is taught in the same fashion to apply cognitive knowledge while executing task. After successful completion, trainee will get certificate which is valuable for various job positions in Govt as well as private sector organisations.

In addition to this a candidate is entrusted to do project work and Extra Curricular Activities to build up confidence. The practical skills are imparted in simple to complex manner & simultaneously theory subject is taught in the same fashion to apply cognitive knowledge while executing task. The practical part starts with simple geometrical drawing and finally ends with preparing sanction plan of Residential/ Public building, drawing of roads, bridges, railway tracks, dams and Estimation and costing of civil works at the end of the course. After successful completion, trainee will get certificate which is valuable for various job positions in Govt as well as private sector organisations.

During the one-year duration of Mechanic Diesel trade a candidate is trained on professional skills knowledge, and Employability skill related to job role. In addition to this a candidate is entrusted to undertake project work and extracurricular activities to build up confidence. After successful completion, students will get certificates which is valuble for all Govt and Non Govt jobs. Theory and Practical classes conducting based on Syllabus and Course module. After successful completion, trainee will get certificate which is valuable for various job positions in Govt as well as private sector organisations.

Director General of Training and National Institute of Open Schooling has signed Memorandum of understanding (MOU) to break the barriers between school education and skill development and also to open Pathways for ITI trainees to enhance their employability and education progress and enable NCVT certified ITI trainees to earn qualification at the level of senior secondary plus two. NIOS has granted accreditation to Sivaji ITI as Special Accredited Institution for Academic and Skill Development (SAIASD) to offer senior secondary plus two.

Diploma in Computer Applications (DCA) is a 6 months course in the field of Computer Applications which provides training in the areas such as fundamentals of computer, programming language, and practical on application programmes. Government of Kerala has approved Diploma in Computer Application (DCA) course for the purpose of appointment to suitable posts in Govt. services through PSC.
